Founded in 1986 in Surrey, BC, Refill Ink has spent thousands of dollars on brand name ink and toner over the years. Please read the FAQ on our website for more information. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our products. All the compatible ink and toner cartridges we sell have been fully tested in the factory and, when possible, we test again ourselves. After learning the amount of savings to be achieved by the consumer, we decided to expand our business and pass these savings on to you! We have personally visited many ink factories, investigating and testing aftermarket ink products, and import these for our customers. We went on a search for replacement ink and toner that we could buy at a lower cost for our own office use.
